SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that no orders are shipped during the weekend or on holidays.
Orders are shipped from Charleston, South Carolina, using ground services. Typically orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Please note, however, that The Fowler's Daughter is not responsible for any postal delays, as this is out of our control.
Each customer will be emailed and provided a tracking number for their order, which will offer the most up-to-date shipping information.
At this time, we only offer shipping in the United States.
RETURNS
We hope that you love your products as much as we do, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Please note that any sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return.
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@thefowlersdaughter.com, with your original order number or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and ensuring that their item arrives in perfect condition. We suggest using a reliable postal service with tracking and insurance. The Fowler's Daughter is not responsible for reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery, nor for any items that are returned and arrive damaged to our offices.
You will be notified as soon as we've received and inspected your return items. If your return is approved, you will be refunded on your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are not eligible to be refunded. Please note that most back transactions take 3-5 business days to process.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@thefowlersdaughter.com if the item you receive is defective or damaged. We do request that you provide a photo of the damaged item, as well as a photo of the original shipping packaging. We will work to replace the item as quickly as possible.
All damages must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
