FAQ

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that no orders are shipped during the weekend or on holidays.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are shipped from Charleston, South Carolina, using ground services. Typically orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Each customer will be emailed and provided a tracking number for their order, which will offer the most up-to-date shipping information. Please note, The Fowler's Daughter is not responsible for any postal delays, as this is out of our control. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: At this time, we only offer shipping in the United States. 

Q: What if I need to edit or cancel an order?

A: We try our best to accommodate order changes. Please email us immediately at hello@thefowlersdaughter.com with any order requests. Once an order has processed and shipped, however, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

Q: My tracking number shows that my order was delivered, but I cannot find it.

A: If your tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you believe otherwise, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier to open a case using the tracking information provided to you. Once you have registered the delay with your carrier, please contact us at hello@thefowlersdaughter.com. It can take a couple of weeks to replace lost merchandise as our carrier investigates. The Fowler's Daughter is not responsible for any lost packages reported more than 10 days past the delivery date. 

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund, following the directions on our Returns page, and place a separate order for the new item.

Q: I ordered a gift card. How will it be delivered?

A: You will receive an email with a gift card code to the address provided within 24 hours of purchase. Please double-check the email address before purchase as The Fowler’s Daughter is not not responsible for delivery to the incorrect recipient.

Q: I ordered one of your pillow covers. Do you sell pillow inserts, too?

A: Because so many different types of pillow inserts exist and everyone has their own personal preferences, we do not offer pillow inserts at this time. We recommend checking Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, or any other favorite home store for inserts. 

Q: An item that I was interested in is now sold out. When will you restock it?

A: We are excited to introduce new items with each product drop, so once an item sells out, there is a chance that it will not be restocked. Send us a note at hello@thefowlersdaughter.com if there is a specific item you missed out on and we will let you know if more stock is on the way!
